Online Keyboard Tutor Needed in Kharagpur for 10-15 yr Olds

I'm looking for a skilled keyboard tutor to help me learn online. I'm between 10 and 15 years old, and I live in Dhamsai, Kharagpur. I prefer online lessons via video chat like Skype or Google Hangout. I'd like one-on-one/private tuition. I'm planning to start Keyboard Classes within a month, and I do have Music Examination requirement. I don't have a keyboard yet, so ideally, the tutor could advise me on what to buy.
