He has been experiencing frequent body pains, and I believe practicing Ashtanga Yoga will serve as an effective remedy to improve his well-being. Since we are located in Hijli Co-operative, Kharagpur, I am specifically searching for online classes that can provide dedicated guidance. It is important that the sessions are engaging for his age group and result in a certification of completion.
