I am currently looking for an experienced yoga instructor to conduct online classes for my personal health and wellness. As I am a female above 50 years of age, I need a tutor who can guide me through sessions focused on general fitness and providing a remedy for body pains. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, so I am looking for someone who can assess my needs and suggest the right approach. I am based in Karnal, Karnal and looking to start these yoga sessions immediately via online classes.
