As a woman above 50 years of age, my goal is to focus on weight loss, better flexibility, and increasing my daily energy levels. I am also very interested in deepening my understanding of yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies while finding natural remedies for body pains, stress relief, and overall general fitness.
