As a student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am focused on dedicated practice and personal growth through yoga. I am seeking a tutor who can provide sessions at my home, or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio. I am also very open to online classes if that is more convenient for you. My primary goal is achieving better flexibility, so I need someone who can design a structured routine for me. I plan to start yoga classes within a month and it is important that the sessions conclude with a certification of completion.
