I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to help me improve my overall health and wellness. I am interested in joining online classes to work on my general fitness, weight loss, and immunity. I also suffer from some body pains and hope to find a practitioner who can provide a remedy for these issues while helping me achieve increased energy levels. I fall in the age group of 22- 50 years old and would prefer a female trainer if possible. Since I am based in Kalyanpur, Kanpur, I am planning to start these sessions immediately through online classes.
