My primary goal is to find an effective remedy for body pains and to improve my overall body flexibility through consistent practice. Since I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style, I am hoping to find a teacher who can assess my needs and guide me through the most beneficial techniques for my age group, which is 22 to 50 years old.
