As I am interested in a diverse range of practices, I am looking for someone proficient in Pregnancy Prenatal Yoga, Thai Yoga, Yoga Meditation, Aerial Yoga, and Raja Yoga. My primary goals for joining these classes are to achieve increased energy, improve my immunity, enhance my general fitness, and find effective stress relief. Since I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I need a trainer who can tailor routines to these specific needs. I am planning to start these online classes within a month and would prefer someone who can conduct them effectively through online sessions.
