Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is my priority for my son who is between 5 and 13 years old. I am currently seeking a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct online classes for him. Since he is just starting out, we are open to exploring various techniques as we are not sure about a specific yoga style yet. The main purpose of these sessions is to focus on general fitness and weight loss. We reside in Turangi, Kakinada and plan to begin these sessions within a month.
