I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga teacher to guide me through intensive Ashtanga Yoga training online. Since I am a male student in the 14 to 21 years old age group, my main goal is to achieve stress relief through a structured practice. I am specifically looking for an instructor who can provide me with a formal certification as I have a strong desire to become a certified yoga instructor myself. I live in Ashok Nagar Gandhi Nagar, Kakinada, and I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month.
