As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking personalized guidance to improve my health and wellness. Although I am currently not sure about a specific preferred yoga style, I am eager to learn and follow a routine that delivers results. I am ready to start my yoga classes immediately and I am based in Chopasni Housing Board, Jodhpur.
