I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to conduct personal sessions for me. As a male student aged above 50 years, my primary goal is to improve immunity through consistent practice. I am specifically interested in Yoga Meditation and would appreciate a trainer who can guide me effectively. Regarding the preferred location, I am open to either having the instructor visit my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio in Yojna-3, Jhunsi. I am highly motivated and plan to start yoga classes immediately to maintain my health.
