Developing a strong foundation in fitness and rhythm is the main goal for my children who fall in the 10 yrs to 15 yrs age group. Since we are based in Parsudih Sarjamda, Jamshedpur, I am searching for a professional trainer to conduct online classes that make exercise fun and engaging for them. We plan to start Zumba Dance classes within a month and want to ensure the curriculum is suitable for their age. Finding a patient instructor who can keep them motivated through a screen is my top priority.
