I am specifically interested in learning Traditional Kung Fu focusing on the Nan Quan style alongside Capoeira for self defence. Since I reside in Toph Sherkhanian, I prefer to arrange online classes that allow for a structured learning path. My plan is to start this fitness and self defence journey within a month so I am keen to find an experienced instructor who can guide me through these techniques effectively.
