Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline for my toddler has become a top priority. I am currently seeking a professional instructor to conduct Hatha Yoga online classes for my male child who is in the 2 to 5 years age group. The primary goal of these sessions is to help with weight loss and improve overall fitness levels. Since we are based in Sainik Colony, Jammu, we prefer remote sessions that can fit into our schedule within a month. It is important that the trainer provides a certification of completion at the end of the program to track his progress.
