With changing academic requirements, I'm looking to improve my overall well-being through yoga and require a qualified instructor. I am above 50 years old and based in Central Town, Jalandhar. My goals are weight loss, to improve immunity, achieve better flexibility, and boost my energy levels for general fitness. I'm open to either having classes at my home or travelling to the instructor. I'm not entirely sure about the specific yoga style that would suit me best. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
