I am looking for a professional and certified yoga instructor to help me conduct Iyengar Yoga sessions specifically designed for a male student aged 5 to 13 years old. My primary goal for these sessions is achieving increased energy and improving overall physical well-being. Since I am located near D A V College, Jalandhar, I am specifically searching for online classes that can be delivered remotely. It is very important to me that the teacher provides a certification of completion at the end of the course. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and would love to find a mentor who has expertise in teaching younger students effectively.
