Developing a strong foundation in this subject, I am looking for an experienced instructor to guide me through Iyengar Yoga. I am a male student in the 14-21 age group, residing in Green Model Town Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Jalandhar. My goal is to improve my immunity through regular practice, and I would like the classes to be online. Ideally, I want to start these yoga classes within a month.
