I am looking for a tutor to help me prepare for the IAS (Indian Administrative Service) Exam Coaching. I prefer to have Regular Classes and would like One on one/ Private Tutions. My preferred language of instruction is Telugu. I need the classes to be Online (video chat via skype, google hangout etc). I am planning to start UPSC Exams Coaching classes Within a month.
