Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline for my daughter is my main priority right now. Since she falls in the 5 to 13 years age group, I am seeking a patient and experienced yoga instructor who can conduct sessions at our home in Sodala, Jaipur. The primary focus of these classes is general fitness to keep her active and healthy. While we are currently not sure about a specific yoga style, I am open to suggestions that are suitable for her age. We are ready to start these sessions immediately and would appreciate finding someone who can engage children effectively.
