I am currently looking for an experienced instructor to teach Yoga Meditation to a young student between the age group of 5 to 13 years old. My primary goal is to focus on Stress Relief and General Fitness through structured sessions. I am keeping my options open regarding the format, so I am comfortable with My Home visits, me traveling to your studio, or even Online classes depending on what works best.
