My main objective is to focus on general fitness and find a natural remedy for chronic body pains. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I need a tutor who can design a balanced routine tailored to my specific physical needs. I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, so I would appreciate an expert who can guide me on the best approach. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately and would prefer someone who can commute to my residence for one-on-one sessions.
