Developing a strong foundation in Ashtanga Yoga is my primary objective as I work toward becoming a certified yoga instructor. My son, who falls in the age group of 5 to 13 years old, is also interested in these sessions to find a natural remedy for body pains. We reside in Wright Town, Jabalpur and are specifically searching for online classes to accommodate our schedule. Given the goal of achieving professional certification, I am seeking an experienced trainer who can guide us through this discipline thoroughly.
