To enhance my overall learning experience, I am eager to start yoga classes immediately in Indore Kumar Khadi, Indore. I'm a male in the 22-50 years old age group and interested in weight loss, better flexibility, and exploring Yoga Philosophy/ Yoga Sutra Studies.
