Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, finding the right yoga instructor has become a priority. I'm looking for a Power Yoga expert in or near Chikitsak Nagar, Indore, who can provide classes either at my home or is willing to travel. The classes are primarily aimed at weight loss and finding a remedy for body pains. The yoga sessions are for a female student in the age group of 22-50 years old. I plan to start immediately.
