I'm looking for a yoga instructor in Chaitanyapuri Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. I need someone who can teach at my home, though I am also willing to travel. I'm not sure about a specific yoga style just yet and am open to suggestions. I am a male in the 22-50 years old age group and my goals for yoga classes are to achieve increased energy, better flexibility, stress relief, and weight loss.
