I am looking for a yoga teacher in Kondapur, Hyderabad, to conduct sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to the tutor's location. As a female student above 50 years of age, I am seeking a practitioner to help me with stress relief, improving flexibility, and providing a remedy for body pains. I also aim to improve my immunity, achieve weight loss, and increase my energy levels through regular practice. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate guidance.
