I am looking for a professional yoga teacher in Tellapur, Hyderabad, to provide personal training for a 14-21-year-old female student. I am looking for someone to help me achieve better flexibility, general fitness, and increased energy, while also focusing on stress relief, body pain remedies, and improving immunity. I am also interested in learning about yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies. I am flexible with the training location, as I am happy to have the tutor come to my home or travel to a nearby studio. I am ready to start these sessions immediately and would like to find an instructor who can guide me through these diverse aspects of practice.
