She is interested in starting sessions to focus on general fitness, weight loss, and increased energy levels. Since we are based in Pragathi Nagar Hyderabad, I am specifically exploring online classes to suit our schedule. We are not yet set on a specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance from an experienced trainer who can engage young students effectively.
