Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a qualified yoga instructor to conduct classes at My Home in Alkapur Township, Hyderabad. I'm a female in the age group of 22-50 years old and interested in yoga for general fitness, stress relief, and weight loss. I'm not entirely sure about the preferred yoga style, so guidance in this area would be great. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
