Balancing my daily responsibilities and personal wellness, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad. I'm a female in the age group of 22-50 years old. My goals for the yoga classes are to achieve better flexibility, weight loss, stress relief, and find a remedy for body pains. I am planning to start yoga classes immediately. I'm not entirely sure about the preferred yoga style, so guidance would be appreciated.
