To enhance my overall health and focus on weight loss, I am searching for a dedicated yoga instructor. My goal is to work on general fitness and incorporate a regular practice into my lifestyle. Being a male between the age of 22 and 50 years old, I am open to exploring different styles as I am not yet sure which suits me best. I am based in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad and I am happy to either have the sessions at my home or travel to a nearby studio.
