Since my daughter is a beginner, the primary purpose of these sessions is to focus on general fitness and improving flexibility through various techniques. I am interested in a teacher who is well-versed in Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga styles tailored for younger students.
