Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mental well-being is my priority for my daughter who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. We are currently searching for a dedicated yoga instructor based in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, to conduct sessions at our home. I am also open to traveling if needed to ensure she gets the best guidance. Our main goals for these classes include weight loss, stress relief, general fitness, increased energy, and improving immunity. While we are not sure about a specific yoga style yet, we are eager to get started immediately.
