Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness for my young son is a priority right now. He falls into the 5 to 13 years old age group and could really benefit from guided sessions to improve his overall flexibility. Since we are based in Cherlapalli Cherlapalli Industrial Area, Hyderabad, I am looking for a professional instructor who can conduct yoga classes at my home. I am also open to traveling to a nearby location if that is more convenient for the trainer. We are not strictly set on a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate expert guidance to decide what suits a child best.
