My primary goals for joining these classes include weight loss, increasing my daily energy levels, and improving my immunity. Since I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a professional instructor who can provide personalized guidance as I am currently not sure about the specific yoga style that would suit me best. I have no preference regarding the gender of the trainer and am comfortable working with either a male or female instructor.
