I am a female student residing in D.D.Colony Shivam Road, Hyderabad, and I am searching for a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home. My primary goals include finding a remedy for body pains, achieving weight loss, and focusing on general fitness. I also hope to work on stress relief, increased energy levels, and improved immunity through consistent practice. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I would like to begin my classes within a month. I am looking for a professional who can tailor the experience to my needs as a senior learner.
