As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am currently searching for a professional instructor to guide me in general fitness yoga. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am looking for someone who can help me build a sustainable practice. I live in Kondapur, Hyderabad, and am comfortable with both home sessions or traveling to a nearby center if necessary.
