I'm looking for a yoga instructor in Miyapur, Hyderabad to help me with stress relief and weight loss. My preferred location is My Home, but I am willing to travel and also consider Online sessions. I am a Female student in the age group of 22-50 years old. I'm not entirely sure about the specific Yoga Style but am open to suggestions. I plan to start Yoga Classes Within a month.
