Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor in Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad. I am flexible with the location and happy for the tutor to come to my home, or I am willing to travel. I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group. I'm not sure which Yoga style is best for me.
