I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to help me achieve my goal of general fitness through regular practice. My primary interest is in learning Yoga Meditation and Thai Yoga techniques to improve my overall well-being. As a male student aged 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking someone who can guide me effectively in this journey. I am based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, and I am flexible regarding the learning environment since I am open to practicing at my home or willing to travel to a nearby studio. I am currently exploring my options and am not sure yet about the exact start date for these sessions.
