I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga teacher to guide me through regular practice at my home in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. Since I am willing to travel for the right instructor, I am very flexible regarding the venue as well. My primary purpose for starting these yoga classes is to improve my immunity, boost my energy levels, and gain better flexibility. I am also seeking effective remedies for body pains and stress relief while focusing on my overall general fitness. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I would appreciate an expert who can tailor the sessions to my needs as a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old.
