As a male student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I want to start sessions immediately to improve my overall physical health. I am not sure about the specific Yoga style yet, so I am looking for a professional who can guide me and create a suitable routine based on my needs. I am flexible with the location as I am willing to travel to your studio or you can come to my home in Narsingi, Hyderabad.
