I am looking for an experienced and motivating yoga instructor to help me focus on my general fitness goals. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I want to establish a healthy routine and explore different techniques since I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style. I am based in Kphb Colony, Hyderabad, and I am flexible with the venue as I am happy to have the trainer come to my home or I am willing to travel for the classes. Although I have not set a firm date and just want to look at my options to start yoga classes, I am eager to begin as soon as I find the right fit.
