I am looking for a dedicated and patient yoga instructor to help me conduct sessions for my daughter who is in the 5 to 13 years old age group. Our primary goal is to achieve general fitness and improve overall well-being. Since we are based in Gajularamaram, Hyderabad, I am looking for someone who can conduct sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby location for the right trainer. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and am open to expert recommendations suitable for this age group. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately.
