Since I am aiming to start my journey within a month, I am looking for a dedicated professional who can guide me through online classes. My specific interest lies in learning a variety of styles, including Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I would appreciate a trainer who can adapt sessions to my individual pace and needs. Although I am currently located in HITEC City, Hyderabad, I prefer the convenience of online sessions to maintain a consistent routine.
