I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Kphb Colony Hyderabad starting immediately. I am interested in learning yoga for several reasons including finding a remedy for body pains, improving immunity, building better flexibility, and increasing my daily energy levels. My goals also include general fitness, weight loss, and effective stress relief. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I would appreciate a tutor who can design a customized plan for me even though I am not yet sure about the specific yoga style to pursue.
