As a male student aged 22 to 50 years old, my primary goals are to achieve better flexibility and find a sustainable remedy for my persistent body pains. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and am open to expert guidance on what would be most effective for my needs. I prefer to have the classes conducted at my home in Khajaguda, Hyderabad, though I am also willing to travel for the right training sessions.
