I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct online classes for me from my home in Kondapur, Hyderabad. My main goal is to practice Power Yoga to enhance my general fitness levels and specifically improve my immunity. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for a trainer who can design a structured routine that meets my personal health requirements. I am planning to start these yoga sessions immediately and would prefer someone with a strong background in teaching power yoga remotely.
