I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to guide me through a personalized practice at my home in Shaikpet KLM Villa, Hyderabad. As a male student aged 22-50 years old, I am eager to start sessions immediately to work on specific goals including finding a remedy for body pains, improving immunity, and achieving better stress relief. I am particularly interested in learning Power Yoga, Yoga Meditation, and the foundational aspects of Patanjali Yoga. Beyond physical postures, I would appreciate a tutor who can also incorporate Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies to help me increase my overall energy levels.
